Tonight I called Vale to meet her for a while. When we met we had the idea to make a cake, so we went to my kitchen to do it. When entering in my flat happened the first strange thing, on Andres' door there was a Xmas angel; we laugh a bit and start preparing our cake.
The preparation was made following a secret recipe, I cannot write on internet. We start doing everything by hand, using only a manual whisk.
The first problem comes when we had to put the yeast, in fact, it was for bread, and we did not know the quantity. And here Valentina had the brilliant idea to say..."On my recipe is written 1 bag of Pan degli Angeli", and obviously we don't have that brand of yeast, because it's Italian. Maybe know you can understand the photo... keep in mind that Andres' room is #4...unluckily the angel was disappeared.
However we laugh for an hour while preparing the cake.
We start joking and call the cake as if it was our daughter, and at the end when we took it out of the oven i was not really sure it was my daughter...it was too dark...but inside was great... perfect!!
And then... eating the cake playing Briscola!!!!!
