...and even today i'm here in Heathrow writing in my websit. Today my feelings are slightly different. I know my erasmus is finished. I knew a lot of person, i had really a great time and i will miss it a lot. Mary told me that i'll get used again to the normal life, i am not sure of it. A part of me will always miss the 'Glaswegian' life.
I would like to have had more time with those i met in Glasgow, but i know i'll see them again in my life. Maybe not everyone, but at least someone.
I found some great friends, and i don't want to loose them,i'll do everything i can to keep in touch.
Anyone that will come to Rome have to contact me, I wanna meet everyone again.
I need to meet again some of those who were in Glasgow with me, i need to speak with them, i want to finish some conversation that are still open. I know we will finish those conversations... in Glasgow or somewhere else!
I want to thank all those who were near me in parties and even more in other days.
Hope to see you soon!!!
A big kiss to those whom speak English,
besos paraqui quien habla espan~ol(right???i invented!!!)(thank Mapi for correction)

L'ultiam novità l'ho trovata in biblioteca.
Adesso vi saluto.. domani studio... in biblioteca ovviamente.
Enjoy your night

I'm here again in Heathrow waiting for my connection flight. Today seems an odyssey.
I started my trip in Rome at Fiumicino, where the security check took a long time, the queue was huge, i manage to take the plane almost on time. When on the plane the captain said we have to wait few minutes for passengers at the security check after while the plane was full and ready to leave.
With a delay of a quarter of an hour the plane starts moving and joined the queue to depart. The plane was almost departing when the pilot said we have to go back to the stand for security reason. Then some passenger got off from the plane, and the crew unloaded their baggage. After that we were ready to leave again with one hour and something of delay. Conclusion i lost my connection flight, but it was not such a huge problem, British Airways changed my flight and now i'm waiting in Heathrow to board. If everything will be allright i'll be in glasgow at a quarter to seven, so i think i could stay at home for a quarter to eight (hopefully).
Enjoy your afternoon!!!

Now i'm in Heathrow waiting for my flight, which is delayed to 21.2, more than one hour, in fact the estimated departure time was 20.10.
The good news is that i manage to meet Mapi in London, the bad is that I did not know my flight was delayed so we spent only few minutes together because I had to go to the airport. And worst than ever in the security check there was no queue, so now i have to spend two hours in Heathrow and I don't know how.... that's why i'm blogging!
By the way, the security check was really amazing, they said:
Then it is supposed that everything goes as well, I passed under the metal detector, it did no ring, and the Security officer said "raise your hand" and started to touch me really carefully! he even asked me to unfasten my belt to check if there was anything inside.
However everything seems to go as well.
Have a great evening,
Jack

I'm again here connectdet withBT Open Zone authenticated with Telecom Italia Hot Spot. I'm in Glasgow airport in front of gate 19 waiting to board on the plane. There are about 50 person in this room waiting for the same flight which id delayed of 17 mins.
For me this delay is not a problem because I will have to spend 5 hours in London Heathrow for the connection flight operated by Alitalia.
I'm a bit sad because I'm leaving a place where I lived three month and i get very well with the other student, and I'm sure I will miss them although I know I'll see them again in 20 days more or less.
I just saw a girl in the waiting room that seems a girl from Management Science 2 class. When I will finish this post i'll go to check whether i'm right or not.... (PS she just turned and i discovered she is not Sophie... such a bad luck i hope i found someone to travel with.)
Yesterday was my last night before Christmas, actually i have not done anything special, W just spent some time with Mary and Gisela chatting and watching a film. Actually we watched two movies Amelie, and The island.
Amelie is a good movie, a wee complicated but nice, instead I think the Island is really a bad movie, not for the story, but for the director.
I hve to go, they are calling my flight.
have a nice day

Have a good night.

You should have seen my brother tonight, he was really drunk. We just came back from bLo, and now he's sleeping and snoring on my bed, so I think I have to sleep in the sleeping bag tonight.
Tonight Francesca was here for a dinner, an easy one, just an excuse to spend some time together chatting and drinking.
Drinking we got in a good mood for confession, and we spent a lot of time chatting of our life. My bro started to drink vodka and lemonade, and then Irish cream, and he get completely drunk, while me and Francesca were almost sober. After dinner (at midnight) we went out to the club with Stefano, Giulia and Carolina. In the Club there were also May, Silvia and other guys. We had a great night, having fun and laughing all time.
I hope my bro is enjoying his time here as I do.
I will tell you about his hangover tomorrow.
Photos and videos as soon as possible.

Since three days (or more) I wake in the morning and my first think is "Is hot water working today?". In fact yesterday and the day before, there was not hot water, neither for the shower nor in the kitchen, and for me is a huge problem because I use to have a shower every morning.
These days I found some sort of workaround: when I get up I touch the water, if is cold I immediately call the village office (2434) and say the magic sentence "There is no hot water in chancellors A4!" hoping that the will fix it for when I finish my breakfast.
Have a good Day

Yesterday night party in Chancellors A4 (my flat). It was so good, definitely one of the best party I've joined.
My kitchen was really crowded of person from different nationalities, drinking and chatting. There were also some couple concentrated in their affair, and someone was completely drunk.
It was 4.30 when the last person went home, but before leaving some friends helped us to clean all the living from bottles. We done it quickly and then in the privacy of our living Johan, Chris, my brother and me cleaned the floor and the carpet.
Before going to sleep we spent other time chatting and listening to some Swedish music. At the end we went to sleep at 6 in the morning.
Enjoy your evening.

Now I'm in the library, and I'm using one of the computer in the PC area.
It's really good here, almost all of the computer works and all have access to internet.
Now that is a bit late there is quite no one here, and is very silent, if we don't consider the noise of computer.
For what i can see on other screen, people are doing different things. Some of them are writing (maybe for some essay), other are surfing on internet, and other are reading some book.
Here we also have some printer and the possibility to use a scanner.
The library is not only for computer, and of course is possible to lend book, and to read them online, which is very useful because we can read them at home as well.
I wold be very happy if the Luiss would have a similar service.
Have a nice evening.

I have not seen him since almost two months, and when I saw him in the airport I felt my home a bit closer. It was great. This morning we went for a walk in the downtown, and I showed him a part of the city. I still don't know what he think about it, but he seems pleased to stay here.
He was really shocked by my accommodation and I answered him that, for me is normal to live here in this way.
We had a good morning and tonight we will go to the international meeting with Jim Wilson.
I think he will enjoy it. I will write later about it!

Buona serata e buona notte
Iacopo

Our Halloween night started in a Spanish flat. I went there with my flatmate Andres, and we spent there quite all the night.
It was so funny to see almost all of us dressed up. I met some new people, and had a good time with them. A lot of girl were dressed as witch, and some one else was dressed as pirate (Jack Sparrow) and other as cat or evil. For men the most common dress was a monster mask or a girl dress. I had a good night in that flat, and about one in the morning we decided to move to a club. We tried to enter in the Bamboo, but there was a long long queue, and we moved to the Kushion and some of us to the Garage. All these club were full or really expensive to stay there for only one hour. So we decided to go back home. In the way back we stopped to the kebab shop, I had a one kebab, but I did not like it, it taste too fat for me.
We spend there some other time, and then we went home.
It was a good Halloween, maybe the best I have ever had.
For tonight, as every Wednesday the plan is the International Meeting with Jim Wilson.
Have a good night

There was a party in the Todds bar with typical scottish dance. We tried to enter but, at 8 o'clock all the tickets were sold out. So we decided to go back home and have a dinner all together. We managed to cook some Pasta al pesto, and Silvia cooked, or better, tried to defrost a Pizza. After dinner, we spent some time in their flat and then we went to the School Of Art, that is a club behind the School of Art (the real one).
The Club is really great, two dancefloor, quite a nice music, and cheap beer (1 pound per pint). The funniest thing in the club was the population of the club. As you can imagine, there wer such strange people dressed in uncommon way; someone was wearing the tie, other had red, purple hair, no one seemed normal.
They were very funny, and we had a great night.

Oh my god, this is the best expression for the party, it was amazing, maybe my opinion is not so impartial, i was really "happy". The party yesterday was in Henning's flat, as you understand by the title, there were a lot of people, mainly spanish german and french. I met the same french girl that were in the other party (the one in Victoria Hall) and other people, but sincerly i can't remember all of them.
During the party started a sort of discussion between italian peolple and french, and it was so funny see us and them singing trying to sing louder than each other. The party ended maybe around two or three in the morning, as every party it's ended when everything ran out.
I think you know, but i love to party!!!!!
Guys see you the next party, or i think in the week in some club!!
Have Fun

Today we went to Stirling. We took the train at Queen station, and in half an hour we arrived at Stiriling. It's a nice city, really small, but do not believe to the map, it is not so small. We went to William Wallace monument, and to get there it takes maybe forty minutes walking, and the monument is on an hill. The position of the monument is incredible, it's spectacular, but we were so unluky because today was quite foggy; I think in a sunny day could be much more better.
Then we moved to the castle, and we did not take the bus to to get there, to have the possibility to see the bridge of the famous battle. To go from the Wallace's monument to the castle we walked around tre quarter of an hour.
Stirling is really a nice city, but there are not so many thing to see, so half day was enough to see the most important thing.
The trip was very tiring, thank also to yesterday night.. but it is not relevant in this post, so i'm going to write another one.
Have fun

Yesterday night a Party in Victoria Hall. For those you were not there I can just say: you have lost a great night. There were a lot of people, mainly spanish and also some german. Italy was represented by Maria Elena, Enzo and Me for the most part of the night, but later other italian joined us. As always in this kind of party, people drink and chat together, and is a good situation to know other people. I met three new french girl at the party, they are really funny, and i spent a good time with them.
The best part of the night was on the way home with Mapi, we were laughing all time.
Tonight we will have another party, this time in Henning flat. I'll tell you about it tomorrow, if i could remember it.
Have a good day!!

Yesterday night I went to Silvia's flat where there were other people, mainly spanish, and also an italian guy i had never met before. After beeing there for a while, at midnight we went to the bamboo.ut I was talking to Mapi and she said me the bamboo was the club where we went the last week, and I replied that i've nerver been there, but I think I'm loosing my brain beacuse when i saw the club I recognised it. However the party was really good, we have benn in the bamboo until it closed. It was good to dance and drink until late, and it was really funny to see Eva dancing in the middle of the dance floor. I'm sorry for those who went home earlier than me, they lost a great night.
I hope tonight will be as good as yesterday or perhaps better. Tonight will be international student meeting at Yates's, so see you tonight!!!
Have fun.

Most of you know my flatmate Chris (Christian), and also you know he doesn't like to cook, and he is often out for dinner/lunch. Today i was surprised when i saw him cooking... yes it's true he was cooking pasta (penne), or as he call them, spaghetti in different shape. Maybe you don't know that he calls spaghetti every kind of pasta.
Congratulation Chris.
Have fun.

Have fun

Yesterday night after the trip i went to Maria Elena's flat. There i stay with some friends, drinking something and then we moved to another flat, where there was a party. A lot of people together, drinking and talking, as in the american movie. The party was funny, i talked to a lot of people, most of them from spain but also some chinese and some italian i had met before. The party ended quite early, and we moved to the union where there were a beach party.
I know there isn't the beach here but it's just a way to have fun. At three am the uninion closed and we were not so tired to go home, and came back to the girls' flat and we had a private party until we were tired and go sleep. When i came back in my room it was about four in the morning.
Have fun...

Buon divertimento

Yesterday with some friends i went to the Culzean castle. It's far from Glasgow, but we decided to go because it's the most visited castle in Scotland. The trip was very long, it tooks about two hour to go, but the castle was really nice. It is on the sea, in a beautiful garden. Unfortunatly it's not possible to take photos inside the castle, so you can see only the garden and the structure of the castle.
The trip was tiring but definitly amazing. I spent a good day there, thank also to those who came with me.
Have fun!

... Mapi.
Yesterday was Mapi's Birthday. This post arrives late, but i'm writing this after the surprise Party we have managed for Mapi.
Again Happy Birthday, I hope it's been a good day.
For those who don't know what I'm talking about, I will explain You now.
Yesterday was Mapi birthday, and we organized a party in my flat. It was not so big, just few friends. We bought her a chocolate cake and when she came here she wasn't expecting anything, and so she was surprised when she saw the cake. It was so strange because we had to put the cake on the cooker to avoid the fire detector start ringing.
It was a good evening.
As soon as i keep i'll put some photos of the "Party".
Have a nice day.
Iacopo
Ps. sorry for my english.

Buona serata a tutti...

Vado a mangiare.
Un bacio a tutti quanti.

These are few lines i add for those who are living with me the experience of the erasmus. I would like to thank all of you very much for the time spending here, which is really a good time... made of funny nights and beautiful day.
Thank you.
ps: sorry for my english, but i'm learning scottish.

Ulteriori notizie a breve.
